I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Jeff. His communication was horrible, including he straight up lied to me about communication received from the insurance company. Additionally he left my car sitting in the lot for a week, soaked with interior water damage, and then when he finally got in touch with me he said it was because he was on vacation. (This after he texted me, rushing me to get the car there ASAP, saying how important it was that the work be started right away considering there was humidity and water damage to the car.) He’s certainly not the only employee that works at the garage and there have to be a whole host of other people that could have moved the job along while he was away. He’s a horrible service writer and a horrible communicator. He has no business working at Porsche More
