Mark joined the auto industry back in 1999 starting off in the VW brand and moved over to Audi a few years later. Even at his young age he knew he was going to do something in the automotive field. By the time he got into the dealership level, he had a wealth of knowledge of new and classic cars of all makes and models. Cars remain his true passion. Mark collects both classic and modern cars, and when he is not at the dealership he is either working on a car or tracking one down. He joined the Champion family in 2004 and has loved every day since.

My sales person, Nic Trillo, had a really bad day, was overwhelmed, and made several mistakes on the contract and caused me to have to redo my signature on the contract about 5 different times. When chall overwhelmed, and made several mistakes on the contract and caused me to have to redo my signature on the contract about 5 different times. When challenged about it, he threatened to cancel the order. I have never been treated so poorly by a sales person in my life. He accused me of being a difficult customer because I simply just pointed his mistake. On a positive note, once I got his manager involved things went very smoothly and I was very pleased with that experience. More
