We had to order a custom vehicle due to inventory shortages, and Jen was extremely communicative the entire process. I just arrived home from purchasing my new RAV4 XLE Hybrid. What a great experience it was buying from Rudy Luther Toyota! It started with me contacting their internet sales coordinator, Thomas H who w Hybrid. What a great experience it was buying from Rudy Luther Toyota! It started with me contacting their internet sales coordinator, Thomas H who was super responsive and informed me about the vehicles available on their lot to see that day. Even though I initially inquired 20 minutes before they closed, he responded quickly and efficiently to my emails and was willing to help me get an appointment that night if needed. I ended up going in the following day and Thomas had reserved me an appointment with a sales consultant, Jen F. I cannot sing Jen’s praises enough! Jen was amazing to work with and made me feel so comfortable. Despite there being a shortage of vehicles when I came into the dealership, she was happy to help me find a Rav in the pipeline that fit my wants and needs and was über communicative about every step of the process as to when it was expected to arrive, when it was a few days out, and then again when the day it arrived. Jen made sure to find out exactly what features I was looking for for my “must haves” and my “nice to haves” and helped me find a vehicle allocated to the dealership that was exactly what I wanted. She really understood what I was looking for and helped me drive off of the lot with my perfect car. She made the whole experience so easy and effortless—I would absolutely buy from her again. Josh in finance was another shining star, he got me all set up with my paperwork in record time. It was the fastest car purchase I’ve ever made and he didn’t pressure me into any add-ons I didn’t want. This was my first time buying from Rudy Luther Toyota and if I ever find myself in the market for a new vehicle, I will be back! I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from another local Toyota dealership and it was like pulling teeth and I did not feel as valued as I did in comparison to Rudy Luther Toyota. We were in and out for our initial 30k maintenance incredibly quickly, and everyone was super friendly. The waiting area is very well appointed, with coffee and water bottles available, and all custom incredibly quickly, and everyone was super friendly. I received text messages at the start and completion of our service, though the service attendant also came in and found us when everything was done and helped send us on our way. This service experience just emphasized the great pride they have in the end-to-end quality they exemplify. More
