Oil change at any dealer would by default do 21 point inspection and provide a document for the same. Here at Morries they seem to have not following this . I was shocked for the 1st time to see this at inspection and provide a document for the same. Here at Morries they seem to have not following this . Service Department did fine. I'm not happy with Hyundai, they have a recall for a trailer wiring harness replacement. Was notified of the issue 4 months ago, parts are still no I'm not happy with Hyundai, they have a recall for a trailer wiring harness replacement. Was notified of the issue 4 months ago, parts are still not available. Instead of replacing the harness as I was notified of in the recall, service removed the harness leaving me with a vehicle that did not have working trailer lights. The removal was not identified before being performed. Trailer lights are critical to my use for the vehicle and had them reinstall the harness. More

They've always been prompt, helpful, and supportive. Including understanding some of the peculiarities my insurance put them through. Good people, good service. Reasonable price, far as I can tell.
