Thorough and honest I have all my service done at My Valley Honda, even though I have to drive a half hour to do so. At 30,000 miles, I was due for a lot of fluid replace I have all my service done at My Valley Honda, even though I have to drive a half hour to do so. At 30,000 miles, I was due for a lot of fluid replacement, and that was brought to my attention as I arrived. After waiting ten minutes, the service director, Jenna, told me that I had those fluids replaced at the 25,000 servicing. I had forgotten that I had had that done, and am very grateful that they are that honest and that they keep such excellent records, and she could not have been nicer. Despite it being a very busy morning in the service bay, I was ready to go in an hour. More

Jenna and Aaron I was out of town and called Jenna to see if they could get me in Monday to check my rotors and radio. My steering wheel would shake when I was breaki I was out of town and called Jenna to see if they could get me in Monday to check my rotors and radio. My steering wheel would shake when I was breaking and my radio screen would go off and back on like it was rebooting. She got me in first thing Monday. They fixed my rotor issue and did a hard reset on radio. Great service!! I had an issue with my usb as well in the arm rest and they are still determined to find out why it’s not connecting to my phone when it connects to other phones and Aaron even tried his as well. They are contacting Honda since they haven’t seen this issue and it doesn’t make any sense. Thank you all again!! Great team!! More

I would recommend Valley Honda, however I would not recommend Philip Argento as he does not value the customer's time and fails to make sure vehicles are ready for the customer once purchased (i.e. he told the service department not to fill up my vehicle which was on empty when the keys were given to me).
