Buying the car was very lenticular and stressful took them 5 hours just to clean it then had a radio problem jenni rush was very rude and got worse would never deal with her or the dealership again ther them 5 hours just to clean it then had a radio problem jenni rush was very rude and got worse would never deal with her or the dealership again there radio shop they sent me to was very unprofessional and Not at all knowledgeable had to deal with the service department tho and they were very nice went out of there way to help me and make the problem better the sales center could care less More

Great car! Excellent customer service. My recent search for a quality used vehicle lead me to Autostar of Waynesville where Jenni helped me to find the right car. She was very helpful throu My recent search for a quality used vehicle lead me to Autostar of Waynesville where Jenni helped me to find the right car. She was very helpful throughout the process while being professional and genuine. She worked with my busy schedule and was focused on finding the right car for me, not just making a sale. She helped me narrow down the options and brought me several vehicles to test out. After the purchase, Jenni went above and beyond by assisting me to get the car back to the dealer for minor cosmetic fixes that we had agreed upon. Overall I had a great experience and love the vehicle! I will be telling my friends to go see Jenni with their vehicle needs. More
