Great Team... Just made another Honda owner for life So I am a first time car buyer and went to another used car dealership earlier in the day. And let's just say they left a bad test in my mouth about h So I am a first time car buyer and went to another used car dealership earlier in the day. And let's just say they left a bad test in my mouth about how car salesmen handle themself. So my coworker who has been telling me to buy a Honda because they last forever, told me to leave that place and just go to the Honda dealership. I gave in, and we went over to the Chamblee Honda Dealership. Before I even touched the door the owner was standing outside to (in 90 degree temps I might add) greeting me telling me that he will get one of his best sales agents to find me the car I want. I didn't expect the best, but boy was I wrong. Jennie came in and was amazing from beginning to end. We bonded over a scavenger hunt of finding where the car I wanted was looked. Showed me Carfax on the spot and it only took about 2 and a half hours. From walking in to the door to leaving the lot in a new car Best experience and they have earned a new Honda driver for life More

Incredible service ! I usually write reviews in only 2 situations: either my experience has been terrible or when it was incredible. I noticed an excellent Mazda 3 on t I usually write reviews in only 2 situations: either my experience has been terrible or when it was incredible. I noticed an excellent Mazda 3 on their website at an excellent price, low mileage and will all options so I thought it was a scam before I sent a message. Jennie told me that the car just got sold and I was too late by... 1 hour. The day after, she contacted me again because the previous went short because of financing so she immediately contacted me before anyone else can check the car again. I went there the day after at 9 AM and she was not there so I talked to the manager who told me that she was... 40 minutes late. I was super surprised but they were just kidding and she arrived immediately. It might be a small "detail" but I really appreciated how they immediately initiated a friendly atmosphere. Before going there, I was convinced this was a scam as the vehicle was too "perfect" on the website so after an hour I needed to change my mind: the car was exactly as advertised. I detected some minor issues (just some annual maintenance to be done) which were immediately addressed by Jennie in the hour which I was suspicious at the beginning because problems usually equal bigger problems but everything was fixed as she told me ! Little by little ,I got convinced that the car was not a scam but rather an excellent deal. I submitted an offer and they accepted almost immediately, I was expecting them to fight back a little more but I got super surprised when they accepted. Conclusion of the story? I traded-in my previous car at a good price, got an excellent reliable car with low mileage, all options, hatchback (I'm European so I don't like Sedan) and all of that at an incredible price. And the car seller gets a new excellent review, what else? :) Thanks everyone for your excellent customer service, I definitely recommend Jennie! (I can't speak for the others so I am only focusing on her). More
