This was my 2nd lease with Jason. He’s the best sales individual I’ve worked with. Easy communication. Helpful. Responsive. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I only came back to this He’s the best sales individual I’ve worked with. Easy communication. Helpful. Responsive. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I only came back to this dealership this time because of Jason. The pickup process with the finance area was incredibly great. Isis Rodriquez went through everything completely and clearly. No pushing add-ons - ‘arm twisting’. I’ve always dreaded this part of the pickup process, but not this time. It really was terrific. My only issue is with a 2nd key fob that was not provided. I’m not totally clear why i don’t have it and what the delay is in getting that to me. You can’t setup a digital key on your phone unless you have both key fobs. More
