We built a working relationship, and when Oliver the manager reached out, I told him I needed this quick and easy. So when we arrived Carson had the paperwork ready, finance department had already been expecting us, and out the door with our brand new car in less than an hour. I told them this is my second BMW so I expected loyalty, and loyalty is exactly what I got, sprinkled with respect and understanding. They didn’t just let me leave, they then sat with me to set up all the Bluetooth and technically functionalities of the car. Which has been a huge help because I’m aging fast and desperately trying to keep up with the technology. Now we have a car we trust, with a team we trust, with a price they guaranteed and a relationship that we know will last for years to come.
