After getting 4 new tires at a tire center, I was told my front brakes were low and needed replacement. I appreciate the honesty, feedback, communication, and approximate millimeters estimation of the pad wear. I am lucky to have an honest service dealership. I was thinking of being greedy and not sharing my latest encounter. But I believe others have the right to honest, competent reliable service too. The constant updates via text or phone are spot on. And BTW, they wash my car when I request that service. This dealership scrubs my Weather Tec floor mats too. More
