Ever since we've gone to a private mechanic the mechanics don't do a good job. They've screwed up oil pan plugs by over torquing using power wrenches and raised their labor rates. They are thorough and prices are affordable and the techs do a fantastic job. The service area is very modern from the time they driver your car in they have a screen that shows tire ware and alignment.. Jennifer was very kind and friendly and kept me up to date. When I asked how come I'm not getting any coupons in my e-mail. She said next time your're service is up call us and we'll send you a coupon. Going to Granite Subaru is the best choice. My Forrester hit 90K and runs like a champ because of the service techs. Never will I go to a private auto shop ever again More
