I really do love this dealership, I have been bringing my 2014 Forester here for years. They have always gone above/beyond when an issue was raised (issues with the oil consumption and engine replacement, t 2014 Forester here for years. They have always gone above/beyond when an issue was raised (issues with the oil consumption and engine replacement, they took care of, was not their issue originally) The problem I have is not with anyone at the dealership/service area, it is with the cost of a clutch replacement. I cannot find anywhere online or with local mechanics that matches the price I was charged. I love bringing my car to the dealership its comfy, clean, there are workstations, and snacks. I always get a beautiful loaner when they keep it overnight. But the prices... More

Just had a complete detailing done when my 2020 Outback was in for an oil change and tire rotation. It came back looking like a brand-new car, outstanding! This was my first time purchasing a detailing was in for an oil change and tire rotation. It came back looking like a brand-new car, outstanding! This was my first time purchasing a detailing service and will probably make it at least an annual event. Concierge service to my door for drop off of a loaner and pick up of my vehicle was also provided free of charge which was also outstanding! More

Exceptional service and patience from the staff. A smelly mess under the hood from a leaking water pump was cleaned after the pump's replacement, which must have been a ton of work! That attention to detail, in this case making sure the car didn't stink of antifreeze, is why I plan to always service my car at Granite Subaru. More
