I love Granite Subaru's service department. They are very helpful and informative when I have questions regarding my Outback's service. The drivers who drop off and pick up my car for service always are cour helpful and informative when I have questions regarding my Outback's service. The drivers who drop off and pick up my car for service always are courteous and follow my request to call upon arrival since I don't always hear the doorbell due to my working area being remote from the room where the bell lives. Excellent service center! Everyone was kind and courteous, and kept me informed on my car's status as well as informed me of any upcoming maintenance I would need to be aware of.
