Great Assistant Service Manager Micheal Mack, worked very hard to be sure that all of our needs were met. Mack made sure that the recall on our 2018 CRV was repaired. It was a very long service and he helped us get a car to use while our car was repaired. The AC compressor had to be replaced. We would have been very uncomfortable if it had stopped working. Mack also had the service department do an overall check up for the other systems. A couple of weeks ago we brought the car in for another matter and the service tech discovered that the AC compressor was about to stop working. We are grateful for the help and vigilance of the Brandon Honda Service Department. We have worked with Jennifer Chasse for several years. She has now been promoted and Micheal Mack is not our contact. More

Took car in for oil change and they pulled a small dent out of the front of my car was so happy because the estimate was $627 to get this fixed. They also washed the car as I had my windows tinted too. Highly recommend, excellent service will always have car serviced at Brandon Honda! Chris Irvin is who I bought my car from, he is a great sales person, had trouble figuring out my radio and he helped me several times after I bought my car. Highly recommend seeing him if your buying a car! More

Test were performed on Battery, charging system and alternator that show that all were good. However, that were a few other items that needed attention costing over $900.00. No resolution to the sluggish starting. As always, Jennifer Chasse has been a true professional both in technical explanations of problems and demeanor. More
