Fast Service I bought my car from Brandon Honda recently and noticed that I need a few things taken care of - a rear brake light not working and wipers needed new I bought my car from Brandon Honda recently and noticed that I need a few things taken care of - a rear brake light not working and wipers needed new blades. Making Things Right I took my 07 CRV in for the air bag recall and the door lock recall. After first being told the cost of replacing the lock would be covered, the servi I took my 07 CRV in for the air bag recall and the door lock recall. After first being told the cost of replacing the lock would be covered, the service advisor said it wouldn't. Not cool. And I told them so. Later, I got a call from the Service Manager and he invited me back to have the lock replaced at no charge. That was a classy thing to do. I appreciate this gesture of goodwill as well as the shuttle service and the free car wash. I would definitely recommend Brandon Honda to my friends and family. More

Good Customer Service is Rare These Days I needed the air bags replaced in my CRV and Jennifer took care of it quick and easy, getting me a ride home and staying in touch on additional issues I needed the air bags replaced in my CRV and Jennifer took care of it quick and easy, getting me a ride home and staying in touch on additional issues that popped up on a safety inspection. We had a miscommunication and Neil the Service Manager at Brandon Honda got back in touch with me right away and took care of it. We'll beyond what I expected. Fuel system, air conditioning filter, air filter, battery, brakes, fluid 30000 mile maintenance service is an important milestone for my 2013 Accord. Fuel system, air conditioning filter, air filter, battery, brakes, fluid levels, tires, all fluid levels & condition along with many other adjustments must be checked and adjusted. I also needed to have the drivers side seat motor replaced. Luckily when I purchased the vehicle, I purchased the extended warranty which covered this replacement. Very important to keep vehicle in good working order. More
