We've been happy customers of Sears for almost 20 years, purchasing four vehicles and always coming here for service, but I have to say, this current experience was a bit unique. I was there to help my 90 y purchasing four vehicles and always coming here for service, but I have to say, this current experience was a bit unique. I was there to help my 90 year old mother purchase a Mercedes. She had a Mercedes she loved, but it was 10 years old and time to trade in. Change is hard when you're 90. I have to give a huge shoutout to Gene Kaganovsky. He was so incredibly kind, respectful, patient and helpful. Thank you soooo much! You made my mother very happy, and you have made me very happy knowing she's driving around in a safe, beautiful vehicle that she feels comfortable driving. More
