We had such an incredible experience at Sears Auto! Ben made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Although I was initially hesitant about purchasing a vehicle out of state, the entire team Ben made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Although I was initially hesitant about purchasing a vehicle out of state, the entire team made it an easy and stress-free experience. The exceptional customer service begins the moment you walk through the door. While Ben wasn’t able to be there when I picked up my vehicle, Jeremy, Sarah, and Corbyn took excellent care of me and made the delivery just as enjoyable. This was my second car purchase in 13 years after retiring my beloved Mercedes C300, so it was a bittersweet milestone.
