Bought a certified used 2018 C63S from John from out of state. He was very responsive to texts and calls and sent multiple videos showing details of the vehicle before I flew out there to take delivery and state. When I found an imperfection at the dealership on one of the wheels, he took care of it right away! I was very short on time and he was very cognizant about that and I was in and out quick. He has also been available with post-purchase questions and concerns, especially with titling/registration. Great job! More
