I made an appointment and everyone was cordial and prompt. My problem was diagnosed in regards to my windshield wipers and the technician found I had another problem with my tail light. Brought the car in for 2 items apple car play and a replacement key fob. I was quoted pricing and availability on both prior to dropping off. Once at dealer I was called and told that installation replacement key fob. I was quoted pricing and availability on both prior to dropping off. Once at dealer I was called and told that installation of car play was no longer a service provided and the cost of the key increased $40 if I want the physical key which is part off the fob cut as well along with programming the remote. Not happy with this interaction More
