Jennifer Daugherty is a very knowleagle and considerate service advisor. She explains things that my RAV4 needed in a very professional and courteous way. The Courtesy Driver was very helpful getting me service advisor. She explains things that my RAV4 needed in a very professional and courteous way. The Courtesy Driver was very helpful getting me home and then back to Price Leblanc Toyota when my service was complete. They even washed & vacuumed my RAV4 for me. And their prices are very fair compared to the other Toyota dealerships in Baton Rouge. More

Everything was great until time to check out. I got a text my car was ready. The clerk was on the phone and she would come get me when available . 45 minutes later, she was still on the phone but I got a text my car was ready. The clerk was on the phone and she would come get me when available . 45 minutes later, she was still on the phone but I asked her to let someone else check me out. She did it while still on the phone. That was 45 minutes too long. More
