Price of vehicle was great as advertised so we decided to purchase vehicle. When I was signing paperwork and preparing to write the check to purchase vehicle I was informed the price is $2995 higher than ad purchase vehicle. When I was signing paperwork and preparing to write the check to purchase vehicle I was informed the price is $2995 higher than advertised because everyone who buys a vehicle has to pay this mandatory fee which includes bogus services such as sanitizing the vehicle, etc. you have no choice you have to pay for it. My daughter loved the car so we paid that fee. We then take the car home and when the fuel was low we attempted to put gas in the car only to find the fuel door wouldn’t open. We brought it back to the dealership and were told the entire mechanism was not working and we’re charged for the repairs. They sold us a 2019 Mercedes with a broken fuel door then didn’t even offer to compensate us for our inconvenience at all. I thought they would have comped the parts or labor or in some way tried to be fair because the fuel door was it functional when we purchased the car. We have never had such poor service and will never return. More
