Three times you damaged my two imprezas. You blew up my engine, left a wheel loose once and then a second time 2 yrs later the wheel come off and damages my car. My experience has had some ups and downs but generally I have been pleased. Once again Lundgren Subaru service outperformed. Meeting expectations is a given but going above and beyond is what makes your service team special. I have owned 5 Subarus over the years so I’m a bi Meeting expectations is a given but going above and beyond is what makes your service team special. I have owned 5 Subarus over the years so I’m a big fan. But it’s the service that is as important a reason why I am such a loyal customer. Polished professionals who communicate well, and deliver on time and as promised are details that matter. The video diagnostic is a huge value add and the talk thru with the walk thru is critical. Sorry I do not have recommendations for how you can improve on anything because it’s quite clear and evident that whatever it is you’re doing there, you continue to nail it each and every time. This was the worst experience I have every had buying a car. Everything was done wrong. Words can not explain how unsatisfied I am. It took 4 hours to complete the paperwork, which was still not done corre car. Everything was done wrong. Words can not explain how unsatisfied I am. It took 4 hours to complete the paperwork, which was still not done correctly. My address was wrong on all pages. The registration and plates were not transfered like i requested, my husband is not on the registration even though his information was provided and he is on the loan and purchase paperwork. My title was just mailed to me with no record of lein, this was supposed to go to my bank. My down payment was not taken from me at the time of purchase and I was made to feel like that was my fault. The service department was another train wreck, in which I was charged for a loaner car that I was not told would have a fee, And other fees that were not explained. I was supposed to receive gas since I was given the car with less then half a tank. That never happened. My headlights were never looked at so i still have no clue if they are good or just suck. And the endless phone calls that felt like harassment when everything was finally over I was called 15 times. Mostly when I was at working. I asked to not be called at work and that didn't help. I tell everyone I know to never go to this dealership. I have nothing positive to say about this experience and I could continue to go on about how much this experience sucked. But I know it's not going to do anything to change my experience or give me back the money I feel im owed from the service department or the additional cost for not transferring my plates. The dmv trip i need to take to now return my old plates and now mailing my title to my bank. More

Came in for a tire change , which was taken care of, however they noticed I was close to a full servicing and since I live a distance away from the Dealership they Recommended I take care of it now so I however they noticed I was close to a full servicing and since I live a distance away from the Dealership they Recommended I take care of it now so I wouldn't have to make the trip again in the near future.
