He handled everything perfectly and was an amazing help. He was calm and considerate. I am an older person and he made everything clear. He was off on Monday when they were coming to pick up my car and Jennifer called me. She was abrupt and not as considerate but did send two very nice people to pick up my car. The two men who picked up and delivered my car back to me were wonderful and took a few minutes to explain what had been done. I just wish that Jennifer had taken time when I called again in the afternoon to find out what was happening and when to expect the car backto explain what had been done but maybe she was busy.
