When we talked over the phone he was sincere and respectful towards my time. Christians advocacy goes well and beyond by following through even now after the sale was made to see how we are loving our Telluride. It’s all about the people and connection you make along the way that makes Christian successful. His final impression was very admiral too, he stayed with us and checked in when we were in the room w/ Jen. By the way she was amazing. Thank you and your team for having a playroom for my son, that helped out soooooooooo much. The EV 9 on the floor was great. We are loving our Telluride and the features included. Christian after the sale also helped me connect to my vehicle and that went above and beyond so I can be successful. The button on the 2nd row to fold seats down is INCREDIBLE. That is why we did not go with the Toyota Grand Highlander because they use a pull lever to fold those seats and is hard to move around. (Good sale point). We looked at a Honda Pilot but Honda was unorganized and their finance guy in Gladstone was very unwelcoming. That is why I enjoyed working with Jen. She was a sweet heart and made our transaction seeming less. Thank you for being proactive, advocating for us, and making this process easy and painless Christian. Keep doing a great job.
