She was easy to get in touch with about the ongoing repair status at all times, made it possible to have a replacement transmission approved as soon as possible, and had the parts ordered and labor done by the end of the week when we traveled back through avoiding our having to wait for weeks, then make a separate overnight trip there and back later to pick up the car. The staff are very friendly. Parking lot was very crowded. The price for service was very good. I was given a loaner car which was nice. Service was complete in about three hours. Only the front seats were vacuumed out and not back seats or back of car. The car was not washed after service, but I was given a coupon for a local car wash. More

I bought my car here in 2023 and have taken it in regularly since. Every time I go in and have Jennifer help me, I’m left in almost tears and she constantly makes me feel dumb, pressures me into serv regularly since. I never have this issue with the other reps. She talks down to me, makes me feel incompetent, and talks to me very rude. I am a loyal customer and should not have to deal with this. I have worked in customer service my entire adult life and am kind and friendly, and I’m always received by her in the rudest way. I don’t understand. Is it because I’m a female? Why do I get treated like this while I’m there? 😢 More
