Got misleading history about the lightly-used car I bought, then absolutely terrible customer service when things went wrong that should have been caught before I bought it. Their MO seems to be to leave you sitting in the waiting area for very long periods of time without giving you any updates or estimates of how much time things will take. A very disappointing experience. I'm really sorry I bought a Hyundai here. Actually love the car, but not the dealership. More
