My name is Jenny Flanigan. I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I am married to my wonderful husband Bob. I have worked in the automotive business since 1986; eight years in the body shop as Assistant Manager and the last twenty six years as a Service Adviser with O'Daniel. In my spare time I enjoy working out, spending time with my nieces and nephews, shopping at unique shops with my mother, and spending time with family and friends. My favorite type of vacation is with my husband when we visit new places.

Love these people! I purchases a 2002 Chrysler Voyager new. After 16 years and 227,000 miles it finally went to the great scrap yard in the sky. My recent pleasant experience with O'Daniel dealership actually started with an online chat with Adam Sauerland, who provided some initial info via email about leasing as I began my inquiry of dealership actually started with an online chat with Adam Sauerland, who provided some initial info via email about leasing as I began my inquiry of a new Charger. This led to a positive experience with the dealership when purchasing (leasing) a new 2014 Dodge Charger SXT (bright orange with black interior, nav/satelite, sunroof, chrome wheels). The sales professional Elizabeth Conner greeted me at the door and made me feel welcome and inquired if she could help me. She provided helpful information about the features of the new car and rode along for the test drive. I indicated I was interested in understanding lease rates/scenarios. I opted for a 36-month lease on a Charger in the showroom. The staff was prompt in assessing my trade in (Audi), and we came to agreement on a value, which was a relatively smooth discussion, which Elizabeth was instrumental in getting me a slightly better amount than initially offered. She was very efficient in gathering and processing my credit and financial information which was used to qualify me for the lease. Elizabeth introduced me to Bob Karr, Sales Mgr, and to Andrea Laux, Business Mgr. The paper signing process went very well and quick as Andrea was great at walking through the documents and offering additional optional programs to protect the new car, if desired; again, no hard sale, but a friendly approach. The staff promptly drove the car out of the showroom and gave it a last cleanup. I have purchase three vehicles from this dealership over the years (Chevy Astro, Mazda 929, and now this new Dodge Charger), and it has probably been a combination of great service, friendly staff, quality cars at reasonable prices that has kept me coming back. I have also had good service from the service department, including Curt Stauffer and Jenny Flanigan, the service techs. They don't get any better than the crew at Odaniels. Attitude reflects leadership. It starts with the service Manager, Randy Powell, and filters right on through to the cashier who checks me out. Randy's staff reflects the professionalism and courtesy that are so often missing in todays customer service businesses. I would and have recommended O'Daniels many many times. The service staff is courteous and thorough. If I call for routine maintenance, they always remind me of what services are due. If I call for a specific issue, they take the time to get to the root of the issue. My vehicle is always done, done right, and on time. I have experienced service beyond the call of duty many times. At one point, we couldn't find the cause of a phantom noise. It stopped everytime I brought it near the dealership. They never made me feel stupid and persevered with me. Finally when it was making the noise I drove straight to ODaniels, and without a prior appointment, my mechanic was summoned by Jenny, who then promptly got in the vehicle with me and went for an impromptu diagnostic ride. He was able to hear and identify the noise, and it was fixed as good as new within the week. Many people feel that dealership service is costly and less than personal. I feel that you get what you pay for and the peace of mind that I have in knowing that I have a service department that cares about me and that I can trust is totally invaluable. Keep up the good work ODaniels. You're the best! More
