I was looking at two vehicles on auto trader both listed around the same price. The other dealers out the door price was $5000 higher than advertised while Crest came back less than advertised. Brought my car in on march 8th ‘24 for a oil change. The gentleman who greets in the bay when you pull in was right there and notified Reese of my arrival. After waiting five minutes for Reese to respon The gentleman who greets in the bay when you pull in was right there and notified Reese of my arrival. After waiting five minutes for Reese to respond, the gentleman in the bay pointed out where I could find Reese in the building. When I went in Reese was standing at the cabinets just “shooting the breeze” with other service reps. When acknowledged and checked in Reese said my car would be ready in two hours. After two and a half hours plus I texted his number and called to check on the status of my car. (Shouldn’t he be keeping me informed?!). No response- left messages. At three hours of waiting went to his desk of which he was not there, but did see my car parked outside the bay - it was backed into a spot. The young lady at the next desk Monica Toombs asked if she may be of help and took over from there. As she was escorting me to the check out service, Reese came meandering through the bay and joined us. Monica continued to assist me. Then I get a text from Reese on Tuesday the 12th asking for a “hugeee favor” asking me to fill out a survey answering COMPLETELY SATISFIED because that is how he gets graded and paid. The person who I would like to get the 10 is Monica toombs please. Also I am requesting her as my service manager . Thank you , Patricia Weston-Ward More

From the start, she was completely knowledgeable of the vehicle, and helped us from the purchase process from beginning to end. We were so thankful for her willingness to go above and beyond for us. We purchased this car from across the country in Indiana trusting in the staff and they proved we made the right choice to the end. Nelson picked us up from the airport and made our trip so much smoother. Thank you to Dean Robbins for helping with the finance part!.
