I have had a couple issues now where Bob Rohrman Subaru has not looked for the root cause of the issue with my vehicle. Seems they just look for the easiest answer of what the problem is and this has caus has not looked for the root cause of the issue with my vehicle. Seems they just look for the easiest answer of what the problem is and this has caused me to pay extra money for additional services at the dealership twice now. It is very frustrating when you are being told master technicians are working on your vehicle, but you have to take it back or missed the root cause on several occasions. I will say the customer service person this last time did provide good service to lessen the blow some. More
