The service department staff are very friendly and explain everything very well. It is great that they allowed me to see the damaged part on the vehicle while on the car lift. The prices for replaceme explain everything very well. It is great that they allowed me to see the damaged part on the vehicle while on the car lift. The prices for replacement parts could be a little more competitive but the labor rate is quite fair. I wish they would contact the customer sooner when special order parts arrive in the shop. I would rate my Subaru service experience a 9/10 - thanks for everything! More

I recently had to have my headlights adjusted . I needed a loaner car overnight and it was no problem. Went like clockwork . Then my starlink subscription stopped and that was working by the next workday a loaner car overnight and it was no problem. Went like clockwork . Jenny is amazing!! After some hiccups with parts not arriving to do a warranty repair, she got involved and turned a frustrating experience into a very pleasant one. Were great to help me with my self installed Subaru remote start. Subaru provided a bad unit "out of the box" and they help diagnose this and then programmed it for me after I replaced the controller remote start. Everything was great with the exception of trying to call in to see if my car was done. Seems like everyone is too busy to answer the phone. I always thought the customer service was terrible at Bob Rohrman. Of course getting women to work in the area of helping customers turned it around to an amazing experience.
