Exceptional Experience Don (in management) was simply exceptional! He took a great deal of time to explain every detail of the new Chevy Bolt as this new fully electric vehi Don (in management) was simply exceptional! He took a great deal of time to explain every detail of the new Chevy Bolt as this new fully electric vehicle is not easy to understand for the average car consumer as we are. He took us out on a ride and explained things about the car that we would have not otherwise known. We were bent on buyin the Tesla and, but for Don's expertise, we ended up buying the Chevy Bolt instead. Basically, same price as the lower model Tesla. Addionally, Don was magical making the deal happen and taking in my leased Tahoe. I didn't have to worry about the end of lease nightmare anymore, and Don went out of his way to help us beyond even our own imagination! He was also very pleasant, warm, and overall he made the whole experience a very doable one, in spite of the complexities involved and the concerns for buying an all-electric vehicle. Salesman Jeovani was brought in to seal the deal and give the finishing touches. He too did a great job! We left very pleased with our purchase. More
