I'm the proud father of 2 handsome little boys and 2 crazy cats. I love my GB Packers, Brewers, Badgers, and Bucks! I firmly believe that good service is the key to success and I apply that philosophy to every transaction. My goal is to make sure you have the information necessary to make strong financial decisions now and ensure your budget is manageable after the sale!

Nebulous Benefits of $589 Maintainence Addon and buyout $ The Service package for Maintenance sold me does not define what is covered as far as normal maintenance items. Looks like that it is better to pay oi The Service package for Maintenance sold me does not define what is covered as far as normal maintenance items. Looks like that it is better to pay oil/filter tire rotation ($50 x 6 times =$300) as you go rather than pay up front ($589) which is far more expensive but does not fully include other normal mileage based items like fluids and filters. At every 30,000 mile interval Nissan gets you for another $600+ to change these fluids and filters which should be included in the pay up front $500+ maintenance package. The upfront paid maintence contract refers you to the Nissan maintenance booklet to see what is considered normal maintenance at the specified miles, however, other than an oil/filter/tire rotation, your on the hook for another $600+ for fluids and filters every 30,000 miles. The maintence contract refers you to the Nissan maintenance booklet to see what is considered normal maintenance at the specified miles, however, other than an oil/filter/tire rotation, it appears your on the hook for another $600+ for fluids and filters every 30,000 miles. Also did not like lease buyout charges of extra $300 (expedited title) + $349 documentation fees. this is in addition to the buy out lease residual with Sales tax + registration. Seems to me they are padding the sale price for purchasing the leased vehicle at the end of the lease. A call to Nissan leasing confirmed that there should not be an extra $300 charge. Dealer says the $300 is a hidden charge that Nissan charges when leasening which the dealer is trying to recoup. Somebody is not telling the truth. As far as the $349 documentation fee, this is about $150 higher than what most dealers charge for the paperwork. The buyout requires a lot of signed legal documents but not $349 worth. As far as the Murano auto itself and service I received is concerned, love it and highly satisfied with both. Was told that my accumulated Platinum awards could not be used on this purchase since this buyout was not a dealer purchase.and had to wait to use them on my next purchase. Funny since the check was made out to Russ Darrow. I’ll never get to use these “so called” Platinum dollars. You see my next purchase or lease will be for an auto that includes full maintenance, like a Cadillac. I don’t know where or what action will be fedback from this review, however it is now a matter of record. More

Fast, friendly and straightforward experience! Probably one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The reviews on vehicles where straightforward with no hidden sales pitches. The hospitality Probably one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The reviews on vehicles where straightforward with no hidden sales pitches. The hospitality at this location is amazing when you first enter you’re not bombarded with salesmen trying to get you a car right away, instead they want to get to know you and see where your confidence level is at. Red provides a great customer experience and I wish her the best while with Russ Darrow! She even went and picked my vehicle up from Madison the same day and brought it to Milwaukee! More

Red Carson was a great sales person. Finance guy wasn't good As typical a process that could have taken 1.5 hours took 5.25. Red was great. I knew the car I wanted to test drive and after the test drive I wanted As typical a process that could have taken 1.5 hours took 5.25. Red was great. I knew the car I wanted to test drive and after the test drive I wanted the vehicle. Pretty easy. The dealership had to do the typical song and dance about my trade-in, with a back and forth that was obnoxious. CarMax gave me an offer of $2000 for my old Highlander. Russ Darrow was trying to give me much less. I wasn't even trying to bargain on the used car price. They had to go back and forth, and "call the GM of the dealership" to see if they could give me $2000. Please. Typical stall tactic that just makes dealing with car dealers the awful, awful experience it always is. The finance guy was typically slimy. From the first forced, fake hello, through the hour+ I had to sit in his office while he tried to sell me warranties, gap insurance, and I don't even know what else, it was awful. I also told him that I was pre-approved with my credit union several times, but was told they HAVE to run my credit and look at their financing options. WHY? Total waste of time. And I was so exhausted by the time the papers were being signed I didn't realize all the paperwork was for THEIR choice of lender instead of my credit union. Total bait-and-switch. Also, they FORCE you to sign an agreement to go to arbitration instead of filing a direct lawsuit against the dealership. This is just shady as xxxx. There is an Opt Out that you have to mail in within 30 days of buying the car. How many people forget to do this or don't even know what it means. More

Rude and Manipulative Buyer Beware!! After assisting my mom with purchasing a new car I would highly not recommend this dealership. This is a very shiesty and manipulative Buyer Beware!! After assisting my mom with purchasing a new car I would highly not recommend this dealership. This is a very shiesty and manipulative company. I’ve purchased several cars in my time and have never experienced such unprofessionalism and rudeness. My mom was brought into the finance office with Jared and expected to sign paperwork with out even being told/ explained what her monthly payment was going to be. It was then that I asked can you tell us what the monthly payment is first before she signs her life away. I must mention that my mom has excellent credit. We were not offered comparable options for financing. We were pretty much told by the sales manger and finance guy there was only one financing option available, (Nissan Financing) in which I know to be untrue from experience. After asking several questions we were then told we could look at other options for financing if we wanted. Needless to say that didn’t take place. After asking questions that any good common sense customer should do I was then told I was very AGGRESSIVE. Very bad experience with this dealership/ finance worker. I wish I would have done my homework in advance and read the other terrible reviews beforehand and eliminated this God awful experience. Save yourself some time and find a dealership that has their customer’s best interest in mind. More
