Was not fake, or slimey, and was genuinely a great guy. Will definitely work with him again. The management and finance people were great too. Gotta give a shoutout to Darien in finance. Great personality, he was hilarious, and explained everything clearly. Jim is great manager and was easy to talk to and work with. Jerame is wonderful manager because that literally was the best dealership I have ever been to and you can tell how much his staff enjoys working there. Overall a wonderful experience. Last thing, I forgot to mention how much my wife loves her new car. Never even heard of the Volkswagon Atlas until we walked into the dealership. The car is amazing. The style and look on the outside is great and the interior is wonderful too. We also love how much room is in the Atlas. It almost has the room of a large SUV but of course it is midsize which is what we wanted. This SUV drives like a car and has all of the bells and whistles. Also very pleased with the warranty!! More

I had an incredible experience with Jason and the whole Leith VW team. Jason helped me specify and narrow down my car search. He even held a car that I fell in love with so we had time to think it over without risk of someone else purchasing it. Darian and Kendall (aka Yoda and Luke) were phenomenal in helping me understand and work through the finance aspects of purchasing a new vehicle. They provided lots of valuable insight and quite a few laughs to make this process more enjoyable. Jerame is wonderful in leading his team in making you feel like you have recieved a true VIP experience. More

I decided to replace my 2019 Subaru Outback with a larger SUV. I drove all of the competitors. The Chevrolet Traverse was fine, Honda Pilot was ok, the Toyota Highlander was ok but the VW Atlas Cross Sport SUV. I drove all of the competitors. The Chevrolet Traverse was fine, Honda Pilot was ok, the Toyota Highlander was ok but the VW Atlas Cross Sport was very nice. I am a fan of German designed American built cars. The makers of Mercedes and Audi know what the average driver wants in a VW. Chris and the sales team were perfect! They were no pressure, friendly, happy and VERY knowledgeable. I recommend this group highly. I drove the 2.0T and the 3.6 versions of the Atlas. I also drove a front wheel drive and an all wheel drive. There was zero turbo lag in the 2.0T and zero torque steer in the front wheel model. You need to drive them to appreciate what I am describing. The Atlas is very comfortable to drive. The controls are German in look and feel. The inside is huge! This was what I needed. In my work I am in my vehicle all day long. I will be working out of the Atlas Cross Sport. It is the perfect size for me. By the way, I now own two of this model. One Atlas SE all wheel drive and one Cross Sport SEL all wheel drive. I personally only buy all wheel drive because of the safety it offers in all weather conditions. If you need a VW, Leith Cary VW should be your first stop. More

It was a great experience and we are extremely happy with the purchase of our VW Atlas! Beautiful ride and everyone made sure we did not just settle and got everything we were looking for in a vehicle. Loved the show room with all of the classics, the waiting area was very well put together and accomodating even for our 11 year old with the arcade games. Great job Kendal Eaves and everyone at Volkswagen. We will definately purchase with you guys again! More
