Working with Jeramiah was probably the best car-buying experience I have had, he was great. Came across as not-pushy, not slimy and felt easy going and trustworthy. Only downside was the meeting with the finance manager who was pressuring us to purchase extended warranties which I had said from the beginning that we had previously found worthless. He and a number of other staff members were pretty lax in following Covid protocols, including the 2 guys who sat on either side of the front door with no masks on talking to each other. Jeramiah made up for it. I feel like they gave us a fair value for our trade. Once they made it they were pretty firm in sticking to it but in all I think it was fair. I plan to have all my service done at this dealer and would buy from them again. More
