said you had my loan approved but it was not approved. Had to go back in to sign to another loan company other than my bank. I did not want to place $4000. more but it was a bait and switch. I did not think they could be so ruthless to get a signature. I did not go through a checklist for myself to be sure I had the absolute car I wanted. It is a good car but I needed a CD player/video player like the truck I traded in had. Does not have a CD player for a 2021 Equinox. My fuking fault for this oversight. Wife is so pissed off, we will have to invest $1000. more to have one installed. And had them order the Floor Mats they Promised. What kind of company does not install New Floor Mats. They will squeeze a nickel out of a penny. Pathetic. More

In my experience it was very difficult to get in contact with my service advisor for an update on vehicle. Called multiple times throughout the day and for nearly 3 months. When I was successful in contact with my service advisor for an update on vehicle. Called multiple times throughout the day and for nearly 3 months. When I was successful in contact I would get the same update and same excuses in the status of my vehicle on why it’s not being worked on. Giving 3 stars because upon completion they were able to work with me on the price and they were always polite. More

Horrible communication. I also had an appointment on a Saturday morning I was there 10 minutes early and I noticed people that walked in after me were taken care of faster.
