However, I’ve seen better sales managers on buy here/pay here lots. I was grossly overcharged for a warranty, grossly overcharged for a maintenance package, talked to rudely when they realized I was in a desperate position, and just generally made me, as a repeat Acura customer, hate the experience. Because of them, not only will I never buy another vehicle from a McGrath dealership, but I will also never buy another Acura, just in case I might have to deal with them in the process.

What can I say about McGrath Acura of westmont so I took
my car there for oxygen sensor I know they overcharged me for it but I wanted to get it fixed so they also told me I needed brakes which they weren't
my car there for oxygen sensor I know they overcharged me for it but I wanted to get it fixed so they also told me I needed brakes which they weren't really gone yet but they wanted to give me brake pads turn the rotors for over $800 and I thought that was too much and I knew it was too much so I declined so they also said that I had a bad shock on the rear right where I took my car for my brake job they did a great job and it was $300 and some change they check my real shock and said it was just a bushing loose that I didn't really need shocks so I feel that McGrath is overcharging you and trying to charge you for something that you don't need and they would never like that before I've been dealing with them for over 15 years and I've always trusted them and it seems to me that it's all about the dollar and not the customer
