We purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer. While my daughter was driving, the car felt like it was going to stall. Once it took off, it stated making a strange noise. I proceeded to call and m While my daughter was driving, the car felt like it was going to stall. Once it took off, it stated making a strange noise. I proceeded to call and make an appointment to have it checked out. I live in Blythewood and the dealer is in Lexington so I tried Lugoff Ford. They could not help me until 11/15/23. I then called the dealer near the VA Hospital and got the same thing. I called Dick Smith and that was no better. Finally, my sales person called and would take my car and get me a loaner on Monday. In my opinion I don’t believe the car had been checked out or cleaned before we saw it. They should have taken an extra day to make certain all was ok. I love this vehicle but not if I’m going to start having problems. Please fix it. Nicole McLeod More
