Mekoshontay, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with our financial manager and the distress it has caused. At Jim Ellis Toyota, we strive for transparency and fairness in all our dealings, and what you've described falls short of the standards we set for ourselves and our team. Please give us a call at (770) 746-9374 and ask to speak with our general manager, Ryan, or our general sales manager, Darryl. We will do our best to make this better and hope to hear from you soon.
