Our experience was excellent and actually created further discussion that weekend regarding another purchase. We had a difficult trade and ended up leasing a 2018 Charger and are very happy with our decision. Excellent service So pleased with our visit to Gastonia Chrysler. We weren't ready at that time to purchase a vehicle because we wanted to research a few things. When we returned in March, Mark wasn't there, but we were helped by Jeremiah Bradshaw, who was also very helpful and showed us a couple vehicles. This time, we decided to sit down and look over some numbers and decided to buy and Michael was great in helping get to where we wanted on pricing. Even though it was close to closing time, everyone was very nice and didnt make us feel bad for keeping them late. And James McElroy was fantastic at getting thru all the paperwork quickly so we could take home our new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk!
