I worked with Jeremiah Bradshaw over the phone and through email to work out the details and set an appointment. He was very professional and so helpful. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with Jordan Snipes. I can't say enough good things about Jordan. He was very knowledgeable about the Renegade that I wanted to purchase. He was patient and made sure to explain everything to me carefully. He worked with me to get all the information the dealership needed with a very professional demeanor. Jordan Snipes and Aaron Parks both worked with me and my difficult situation to get me out of my old car and into the jeep that I wanted. They gave me a great deal on the car and walked me through the whole process step by step. Tim Carlson in the finance department carefully explained the financial details and walked me through all the specifics so I knew exactly was I was signing for. Tim was pleasant and funny which was refreshing. After I finished in finance Jordan Snipes showed me all the features on my new Renegade and made sure I knew how to work everything on the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. Lance Black helped show me some things on the vehicle and made sure I got all my belongings out of my old vehicle. Overall the entire expierience was everything I could have wanted. I was able to trade in my old car and drive away with my new Renegade. More
