The process started out great, very friendly however the rest of the process was nerve wracking, very minimal communication, not a great experience overall. The initial salesman Brandon started out great and then dissapeared whenever I tried ask questions and I wasn't moving at his pace, I placed an email with the sales manager Tracy and the email was never responded to. Jeremiah was the last to take me through the rest of the process he as well as James who completed my finance paperwork were 5 star all the way. Over all experience was subpar and not as expected.
