The service people were pleasant people. That’s the only good thing I have to say. We bought a used car, had to wait 3 weeks for them to fix stuff (bad vibration) and hail damage ( not thei That’s the only good thing I have to say. Was going to return car and cancel sale, but instead let them try to fix it. They replaced transmission and said it was fixed. Picked up car and drove it for another week, still horrible vibration. The dealership is an hour from my house, I’m not bringing back in cause after two times in I’m pretty confident the mechanics have no clue what they are doing. More

Unbelievable service from the shop people to the gals upfront. I will say I am not a fan of the on line concierge. It is far to impersonal.
