I was not kept up to date with my vehicle as it was serviced. It was dropped off on a Saturday morning at 9:30am and didn’t hear any update until I called at 5pm to ask what the status was on my vehicl serviced. It was dropped off on a Saturday morning at 9:30am and didn’t hear any update until I called at 5pm to ask what the status was on my vehicle. The service tech told me they didn’t have the personnel on hand to complete what I was coming in for so it would be kept until that following Monday to get checked out and worked on. Around 3pm on Monday I called to get a status update since I wasn’t updated again and they again told me they didn’t have the personnel to do the service on my vehicle and was told to wait for the next day to have it looked at. I finally received a call on Tuesday around 3pm thst my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival to the dealership none of the service techs explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle, and proceeded to tell me to go to the front desk. More
