I went to 3 dealers before stopping by oak lawn. all of them were annoying, pushy, 1 tried to follow us ut the door, trying to get us to commit to a deal when we said we were just making preliminary all of them were annoying, pushy, 1 tried to follow us ut the door, trying to get us to commit to a deal when we said we were just making preliminary investigations. The staff at oak lawn were the opposite. They paid attention to us, but also left space for us to consider options. No pressure to make a deal today, if at all. Jerry was awesome. He gave me all sorts of detailed info about the id buzz I was interested in, arranged for an extended test drive, all without pushing the sale. When a paperwork issue came up, they handled that in the most common sense and neighborly way as well. They made the process as pressure free, calm, relaxed and easy as possible. These are great people. And the id buzz... best investment I think ive ever made. More
