The service was great, until I met the crass and uncouth finance guy, Brett. He should not assume why a customer is interested in a vehicle. He asked the service guy, if he knew what I was trying to do. He knows more than I. I saw the Mazda CX50 and liked the vehicle. Then I asked Spencer, the salesman to show it to me and give me some pointers about it. Spencer was extremely helpful, as usual. After Brett started talking my business in front of anyone who wanted to listen, I went to service and picked up my car and left. Meanwhile, I’m still trying to figure out what the finance guy assumed I was trying to do. Actually, I don’t try to do anything, I make it happen, if that’s what I want. I never had a problem buying my first vehicle. I sign papers and Spencer showed me everything I needed to know about my CX30, in about an hour. At 65, I’m long past putting up with xx. I love the dealership and most of the employees I’ve met so far. It only takes one to turn me off!!! That was my experience that day. I love how the service department operates, so I will be back. More

I don’t have a local Mazda dealership so I drive in from out of town. Not only do I get great professional maintenance and care for my vehicle; lagniappe, the guys don’t mind indulging me in conversation to make the time go by quicker as I wait for my Mazda to be serviced and shined up for the road trip back home. From music to learning about the next Mazda that I’m going to buy to rotors and oil pans and alignments; put in a pool table and I’d get car repairs done every week! Really though, awesome and I’m satisfied feeling like I’m leaving in a safe, well built pretty new ride everytime I roll out! Thanks! More

Super easy visit for an oil change and tire rotation. You just drive up, hand over the keys and relax in the nice waiting area with free coffee and drinks. Scheduling the appointment was super easy and convenient, and we were greeted professionally upon arrival. However, the service decline from there. The video inspection that we received was just the technici and we were greeted professionally upon arrival. However, the service decline from there. The video inspection that we received was just the technician going through paperwork instead of directly pointing things out to me on my car. Then, they tried to charge for the alignment, which should have been included in the package. They also tried to charge me $900 to replace 3 tires. That’s insane! At the end, they didn’t even bother printing out the paperwork that they went over in the video inspection, which is typically given along with my copy of the invoice. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location. I will either go to the Metairie location or drive to Baton Rouge. More
