I’ll start by saying JEREMIAH is one amazing human being that’s just how much I enjoyed my experience!! So, normally I visit the Metairie location but next appointment was 2 weeks out, so i decided to take that’s just how much I enjoyed my experience!! So, normally I visit the Metairie location but next appointment was 2 weeks out, so i decided to take the drive to Covington & let’s just say Covington now has a new customer!!! My service advisor (Jeremiah) went above and beyond to make this visit a great one. He kept me informed with everything that was going on and he was veryyyyy nice considering the amount of work he was doing it’s still shocking. He was even nice after I asked a million and two questions at 8am!!! I’ll definitely be back!!! I’m so glad I decided to visit because the Metairie location definitely made me not wanna get my car serviced there again. Thanks Jeremiah! More
