Good dealership but some serious reservations. All the people that I interfaced with were five star. However, something was done during the purchase agreement that was sent to my financial institu All the people that I interfaced with were five star. However, something was done during the purchase agreement that was sent to my financial institution that needs to be corrected. All dealerships have a technique called for want of a better term fluff charges. My financial institution did not catch, however, I will be notifying them soon. I found a charge for lifetime nitrogen on my PO for $399. This was for lifetime nitrogen filling. I objected to this charge and thought it very unreasonable because first I had not been informed and it addition at the last moment was very unscrupulous and in my opinion very demeaning to the customer. I am a Costco member and I do all my tire work with them. They supply me with FREE N2 for as long as I am a member. I will work to stop these FLUFF charges since I feel they are criminal in nature. IE THEFT!!! More
