We went to see the new GV80. Arrived about 11:30. Got a test ride and loved the car. Matt Valila was our salesperson and was great. After a long negotiation (about 3 hours) we ended up buying the car. I ex test ride and loved the car. Matt Valila was our salesperson and was great. After a long negotiation (about 3 hours) we ended up buying the car. I explained that we needed to take our old car home for many reasons and would pick up the GV80 the next day and were told that was OK. While we were signing the paperwork, we were told that they had someone picking up our old car and HAD to take the GV80 that night. We were not happy and spent at least the next half hour removing stickers, dash cameras and personal stuff outside in the cold. The detailing of the car was only OK. I guess they were in a hurry. More

We did not appreciate the typical dealership games and pushy strategy by the managers. We like to have the deal presented and allow us to think about it after careful review usually after a day or so. This counter to the dealership culture and very frustrating. Through it all our sales person was great and kept things going in a positive way. We love the car and look forward to all the Hyundai support going forward. More
