I sincerely apologize for your experience and the frustration this caused. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. Your appointment time should have been respected, and I understand how upsetting it is to have your vehicle sit for several hours without proper communication. I also recognize how frustrating it is to be told something you had already explained, and especially concerning to hear that your cabin air filter and glove box were not properly reinstalled.
