They performed an exhaustive search and diagnosis of a persistent squeak on my truck I had given up hope of fixing. I wrongly thought I’d be minimized and blown off by trying to have it fixed. They did look into it (hours probably), found the cause, explained it with a video, and fixed the broken part in a durable way so I haven’t heard it again in the year since.
