Hi! My name is Jeremy Bongle, Service Advisor here at Germain BMW of Naples. In the fall of 1999, I decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and moved to sunny Naples. I've been in the automotive service industry since 2009, and with the Germain family since 2014. I really enjoy helping people and take pride in treating customers as though they were a family member or friend. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, our two amazing teenage daughters, and my crazy three-year-old son. Football season is my favorite time of the year, where I loudly cheer for my Green Bay Packers. I look forward to meeting you!

Professionalism Plus Out first encounter with Jeremy was via a phone conversation we had concerning a tire issue. He was informative and helpful. Upon arriving for our app Out first encounter with Jeremy was via a phone conversation we had concerning a tire issue. He was informative and helpful. Upon arriving for our appointment he kept us informed as to the status of our vehicle. He took us into the shop so we could see for ourselves that we had more damage than originally expected. Thank goodness Jeremy had the forethought to order a complete set of tires because we ended up needing them.
