Overall Happy Jeremy the salesman was friendly, efficient, and professional. I test drove a used Mazda3 and everything was great save for the infotainment system be Jeremy the salesman was friendly, efficient, and professional. I test drove a used Mazda3 and everything was great save for the infotainment system being incredibly glitchy to the point of being unusable. I gave a star off on the part of the dealership thinking the car was in good enough condition to be sold like that after inspecting it. Jeremy promised he'd hold the car and have the servicemen look at it again before having to pay anything. True to his word the dealership ended up having to order a part for the infotainment system at their expense and it works perfectly now. It was mildly annoying to have to wait about a week for the whole process to be said and done but it was a pretty smooth process nonetheless. Overall I'm happy with the experience. More
